Didn't fit, or not what you expected? You can return or exchange an item within 5 days of delivery. We'll send a courier to collect it.

How to return an item

Open your order
Go to Orders, open the delivered order and choose "Return or exchange" next to the item. The button stays there for 5 days after delivery.
Tell us what's wrong
Pick a reason and confirm the original tag is still attached. If the item is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, add a clear photo of the problem (up to 4).
Choose a refund or a different size
Get your money back, or swap for another size of the same item at no extra cost, while that size is in stock.
We review your request
We check every request, usually within 1–2 working days. You'll see the decision on your order page. If we can't accept it, we'll tell you why.
Hand it to the courier
Once approved, we book a pickup from your delivery address through our courier partner. Pack the item with its tag, ready for collection. The tracking number appears on your order page.
Refund or new size
When the item reaches us and passes a quick check, we send your new size or start your refund. Refunds go back to your original payment method and can take 2–4 weeks to show in your account, depending on your bank.

Requests must be made within 5 days of delivery.
The original tag must be attached, and the item must be unworn, unwashed and in the condition you received it.
Products marked “can't be returned” on their product page aren't eligible for a return or exchange.
If you bought more than one of an item, you can return some or all of them.

We refund what you paid for the item, including GST. Delivery charges aren't refunded.
Refunds take 2–4 weeks to reach your account after we've received and checked the item.
Items that come back worn, washed, damaged by use or without the tag may be sent back to you instead of refunded.

Exchanges are for a different size of the same product, and are free.
If your new size sells out before your return reaches us, we'll refund you instead.
